The staff was very kind and patient, everyone was very hospitable and cheerful. I also liked the way they related to me and my sister, trying to accommodate our requests and above all the different language. The reception was incredible. I can give you another example: my sister and I realized that we didn't have an adapter that we could use to charge our phones and a guy at the reception was very kind in advising us where to find it and go and buy it. These are things that may seem trivial to some people, but they are not. Kindness is innate and it is beautiful to find it in these types of contexts. The location of the hotel is very convenient, both for reaching the center and for taking a walk along the seafront and then it is right near the Brighton Pier. We had breakfast included and there were many alternatives, both for a savory breakfast and for a sweet breakfast (as we are used to in Italy). Furthermore, being allergic to lactose and eggs, I have found alternatives to be able to eat too. Only advice: I would opt for adding something more vegan and/or vegan desserts. Among other things, the staff was very kind upon departure, as we had breakfast paid for that day too but unfortunately we had an early train to reach the airport and they prepared a box for us so we wouldn't miss breakfast or make a refund. Skilled in finding effective and fast solutions. The room was a normal size, with a somewhat vintage style. Very pretty. So thank you very much.

The breakfast was fabulous. There was so much choice. Full English, Continental, or a whatever you fancy mash-up! You could even order freshly cooked pancakes and maple syrup! Yum! The room was bigger than I imagined, with sumptuous beds. There was ample tea/coffee facilities, lots of wardrobe space and drawers for our clothing. The sea view was amazing, made more so by the gorgeous weather we were lucky to have. The staff were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. (Cost of local buses, nearest stops, where to visit!) Did not try the gym and spa included in the room fee, but if the room and breakfast were an indication, I suspect the gym etc would be amazing. Location was ideal for access to the beach, the pier and the pavilion. The main shopping arcade was slightly further away, but not unreasonably far, and to get there one could go through the lanes. (A charming array of boutique shops situated in a myriad of little alleyways!)

Came to your hotel to celebrate my husband birthday. We had a lovely stay. Excellent view from our room. The weather was hot (early april), so we actually sat on the beach and enjoyed some downtime. Night life was lively, but it did not interfere with our time. Lots of shops to visit in the lanes. Your hotel has access to the lanes, 5 minutes walk. We actually sourced our 3 day parking online. We paid £65 for 3 full days. The walk to the hotel was 10 minutes. You can drop off your luggage before you park up. You really do not need your car if you're there for pleasure, sightseeing and relaxation. We would definitely come again.

Nice Sea view, and comfy bed. Afternoon Tea was fabulous, and generous, such that we were still eating it in the following days. Staff were helpful and adaptable. Lovely upper and lower promenade walks or runs got to by simply crossing the road. Only £6.50 taxi from station, or can walk less than a mile with your cases. Pool access was a nice extra. Excellent buffet breakfast, good quality food.

The hotel was right on the front. We were given a room near the lift that was very helpful. Plus,as it was my birthday the hotel left me a box of chocolates and a card - a nice gesture. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Used the indoor pool a couple of times which was a bonus. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard and towels changed regularly Nice to have water left in our room on arrival.
